Biography

Eric Paz was born in Panama City in 1965. A professional publicist, chef and entrepreneur by vocation, he has developed a multifaceted career that reflects his creativity, discipline, and passion for well-told stories.

He has lived in the United States with his family since 2002, where he has established himself as a historical fiction author. In 2024, he published his debut novel, El Beso del Pirata (The Pirate’s Kiss), a work that blends adventure, mystery, and historical elements around the figure of the corsair Henry Morgan. The novel has been a success on platforms such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Busca Libre, earning recognition from both readers and independent critics.

His second novel, Las Vírgenes del Templo (The Virgins of the Temple), was released in July 2025. It tells the secret story of a sisterhood of extraordinary women who, from the shadows, protected the lives of several popes over the centuries — without the world ever knowing of their existence.

True to his fiction style, Eric Paz has already launched his third novel, La Mujer del Vampiro (The Vampire’s Woman), in August 2026.

His storytelling blends precise historical research, intriguing plots, and memorable characters, all wrapped in direct, immersive, cinematic prose.
